This robust coupling with high torsional elasticity is particularly suitable for free-standing systems and ensures backlash-free transmission of medium torques.
With backlash-free torque transmission via a steel flange to a rubber element mounted under compressive preload, the CENTAMAX – B coupling is an extremely reliable and low-wear design. This product is characterised by a high torsional elasticity with a linear characteristic curve and dampens torsional vibrations and shocks and perfectly compensates axial and angular misalignments. In addition to effective ventilation and high permissible power dissipation, the CENTAMAX – B also features an extremely economical design. In addition, this coupling is also available for non-standard flywheels and as a shaft-shaft coupling.
The rubber element can be easily replaced without shifting the drive or output.
