MBG Membrane Coupling
The two-piece, torsionally rigid MBG diaphragm coupling from FLENDER is an all-steel coupling which, due to the joint balancing with the motor rotor, demonstrates high concentricity and extremely high balancing quality. The balance quality and the concentricity are permanently maintained by an optimal centering of the spur gearing of both coupling halves.
The MBG couplings are used for the optimum transmission of torques as well as for the bearing of the motor shaft in the gearbox and are also able to yield axially.
MBG couplings allow easy connection or disconnection of the motor and gearbox without loosening the interference fits.
