RATO DG+
The RATO DG+ offers an optimized design principle of the RATO DG coupling and is also the more powerful counterpart to Vulkan’s standard RATO DG coupling.
The advantage of the RATO DG+ coupling is that a RATO DG can be exchanged for a smaller RATO DG+ with the same performance requirements.

The element design guarantees backlash-free torque transmission. This results in a very good transmission behavior with regard to controller stability when the clutch is loaded or unloaded.
Simplified removal of the elastomer without moving the connected units.
Excellent noise insulation properties by avoiding direct metal contact.
In the event of impact loads – such as short circuits etc. – the stop-free design of the flexible element provides very effective protection of the shaft line against overloads.
Maximum solution flexibility due to high modularity and a wide range of special designs.
