ELPEX-S Rubber Disk Coupling

ELPEX-S Rubber Disk Coupling

Due to its flexibility and adaptability, the highly flexible ELPEX-S rubber disk coupling is particularly suitable for machines that have to be operated with non-uniform torque characteristics.

The rubber elements of the ELPEX-S coupling are available in different hardness grades and can thus be perfectly matched to your application. The hubs integrated into the elastomer are available with different bores and for taper clamping bushes.

The standard version of the ELPEX-S coupling is designed as flange-shaft or shaft-shaft version.

SPECIAL EXECUTIONS of the ELPEX-S Rubber Disk Coupling

Designs of the ELPEX-S Rubber Disk Coupling

  • ESN – Coupling with hub, short or long

  • ESD – coupling with hub, with two rubber disc elements

  • ESNR – Coupling with hub, rubber disc element radially demountable

  • ESDR – Coupling with hub with two rubber disc elements, rubber disc elements can be removed radially

  • ESNW – Coupling as shaft-to-shaft connection Design with one rubber disk element, rubber disk element can be radially dismantled

  • ESDW – Coupling as shaft-to-shaft connection Design with two rubber disk elements, rubber disk element can be dismantled radially

  • EST – Coupling suitable for the reception of a taper clamping bush
