(Service) Fitter - Marine Drive Technology (m/f/d)

What are you going to do?
Carrying out inventories, error analyses and their rectification
Repairs, service work, alignment measurements of mechanical Couplings as well as on-site checks of related system solutions at our customers’ premises
Assembly and repair of assemblies and Couplings at the company headquarters in Erkrath and on site at the customer’s premises
Qualified and application-oriented advice and support for customers, also by telephone
Preparation of all necessary reports, photo documentation and measurement results
Supporting the sales team with technical issues
Communication with suppliers and subcontractors
What are you bringing with you?
Completed training as an industrial mechanic / mechatronics engineer or comparable and several years of professional experience
Ideally experience in service, preferably in drive technology
Reliable working style, flexibility and willingness to travel
Open and outgoing “type” with high customer orientation
Good commercial understanding and confident handling of MS Office
Experience in the areas of turning, broaching and drilling would be a plus
Readiness for any emergency service assignments outside normal working hours
Class B driver’s license
Written and spoken German
