RADEX®-N
The heart of the RADEX-N steel lamina coupling from KTR are the lamina packs and the connection to the hubs and spacers.
A combination of frictional and positive locking is made possible by the special and high-strength dowel screws of the RADEX-N coupling, which are alternately screwed together with the hubs and the intermediate piece. As a result, the steel disk coupling ensures a high power density with low restoring forces and at the same time easy misalignment.
CONSTRUCTION SHAPES of the RADEX®-N coupling:
- RADEX-N for wind power plants (WTG) – multi-plate coupling for wind power plants – up to 300,000 Nm
- RADEX®-N NANA1(NANA2) – Three-part coupling design with radially mountable intermediate piece – 30-280,000 Nm
- RADEX®-N NANA 3 (API 610) – Three-part coupling design according to API 610 with radially mountable intermediate piece. – 30-280.000 Nm
- RADEX®-N NNZ – Three-part and short design, cannot be mounted radially. – 30-9.900 Nm
- RADEX®-N NN – Two-piece design without spacer to compensate axial and angular misalignments. – 30-280.000 Nm
- RADEX®-N Composite – multi-plate coupling with intermediate piece made of carbon fiber (CFK) – 1,200-9,900 Nm
- RADEX®-N NANA 4 – design with customer-specific shaft distance dimensions (DBSE) – 30-280,000 Nm
- RADEX®-N NNW – Double-cardanic series with customer-specific spacers – 30-280,000 Nm
