ARPEX All-Steel Coupling
The backlash-free and torsionally rigid ARPEX all-steel couplings can be used in a wide range of applications and are characterized by their compactness and low power-to-weight ratio.
The torque transmission of the ARPEX coupling is effected via a disk pack assembled by means of bushes and rings, which is particularly torsionally stiff as well as flexurally elastic and transmits torques optimally.
Angular, axial and radial shaft misalignments can be compensated by the design with two disk packs. The design with only one disk pack only compensates for angular and axial misalignments.
All in all, the ARPEX all-steel coupling is a maintenance- and wear-free system due to its components made of high-quality steel, which also guarantees simple and reliable assembly.
