ZAPEX ZW Gear Coupling
The double-jointed ZAPEX ZW is a strong and reliable gear coupling that compensates for angular deviations as well as possible parallel and axial misalignment of misaligned shafts. The ZAPEX ZW coupling system can be offered in addition to the evaluated standard program up to 13,500,000 Nm and is also particularly suitable for use in harsh operating conditions.
A long service life is ensured with the ZAPEX ZW coupling by the so-called DUO sealing rings, which prevent lubricants from escaping (the ZAPEX ZW is lubricated with oil and grease) and dirt from penetrating into the gearing chamber.
